Christian brings 25 years of international experience, 18 of which as executive and has led global transformations for 15 years. He was plant manager in the UK and Italy and held a role as strategy officer. Christian is a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and brings extensive expertise in operations, supply chain, strategy, continuous improvement, project management and PMO. Over the past 5 years, he has led strategy deployment using the OGSM and the Hoshin Kanri frameworks. Christian is heading PMO at exceedium.
